On the day of Badr, every three of us shared a single camel. Abu Lubaba and Ali bin Abu Talib were the riding companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When it came to the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ turn to walk, the two of them said, "We will walk in your place."He replied, "Neither of you is stronger than me, nor am I any less in need of the reward than you are."

كنا يوم بدر كل ثلاثة على بعير كان أبو لبابة وعلي بن أبي طالب زميلي رسول الله ﷺ قال وكانت عقبة رسول الله ﷺ قال فقالا نحن نمشي عنك فقال ما أنتما بأقوى مني ولا أنا بأغنى عن الأجر منكما
