Its isnad is sahih. Husayn is Ibn Abdul-Rahman Sulami. This hadith carries the same meaning as the one before it. Ibn Kathir quoted it in his tafsir, 8:104, and said, "The isnad is also jayyid," but in his version it reads "Aasim bin Bahdala narrated to me" instead of "Husayn narrated to me," and we have kept what appears in the two original sources.
