The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I saw Jibreel at the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary, and he had six hundred wings."The narrator said, I asked Asim about the wings, but he refused to tell me. One of his companions then informed me that each wing spanned the distance between the east and the west.
حدثنا زيد بن حباب حدثني حسين حدثني عاصم بن بهدلة قال سمعت شقيق بن سلمة يقول سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ رأيت جبريل على سدرة المنتهى وله ست مائة جناح قال سألت عاصما عن الأجنحة فأبى أن يخبرني قال فأخبرني بعض أصحابه أن الجناح ما بين المشرق والمغرب
