The Prophet ﷺ only forbade garments made entirely of pure silk. As for a garment whose warp is silk but is not entirely pure silk, we see no harm in it. The Prophet ﷺ only forbade drinking from silver vessels.
حدثنا روح حدثنا ابن جريج أخبرني خصيف عن سعيد بن جبير وعن عكرمة مولى ابن عباس
إنما نهى النبي ﷺ عن الثوب الحرير المصمت فأما الثوب الذي سداه حرير ليس بحرير مصمت فلا نرى به بأسا وإنما نهى النبي ﷺ أن يشرب في إناء الفضة
Its isnad is sahih, and it appears in Majma al-Zawaid 5:76, where it is also attributed to Tabarani in Al-Awsat, and he said, "Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih." The first part of it, concerning manumission, is given at greater length in 2859.
