Durra bint Abu Lahab reported,

A man stood up while the Prophet ﷺ was on the pulpit and asked, "Messenger of Allah, who are the best of people?"The Prophet ﷺ replied, "The best of people are those who recite the Quran most, those most mindful of Allah, those most active in commanding good and forbidding evil, and those most diligent in maintaining ties of kinship."

عن درة بنت أبي لهب قالت

قام رجل إلى النبي ﷺ وهو على المنبر فقال يا رسول الله أي الناس خير فقال ﷺ خير الناس أقرؤهم وأتقاهم وآمرهم بالمعروف وأنهاهم عن المنكر وأوصلهم للرحم
