She meant that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took a pledge from us during our oath of allegiance that we would not wail in mourning. Yet not a single woman among us fulfilled this pledge except five, Umm Sulaym, the wife of Muaz, the daughter of Abu Sabra, and one other woman.

كان تعني رسول الله ﷺ أخذ علينا في البيعة أن لا ننوح فما وفت امرأة منا غير خمس أم سليم وامرأة معاذ وابنة أبي سبرة وامرأة أخرى
