Its isnad is daif, because the female narrator who relates from the female companion is unknown, and Haythami said likewise at 2/200. Bayhaqi narrated this hadith at 3/306 in the chapter on the prayer of the two Eids, and the point of the hadith is that women should go out to the place of prayer on the day of Eid.
