A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, what should a woman do when her menstrual blood gets onto her garment?"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Let her scrape it off, then rub it with water, then pray in it."

أتت النبي ﷺ امرأة فقالت يا رسول الله المرأة يصيبها من دم حيضها فقال رسول الله ﷺ لتحته ثم لتقرضه بماء ثم لتصلي فيه

Bukhari related it 1/410 no. 307 in the chapter on menstruation, and Muslim 1/240 no. 291, and Abu Dawud 1/99 no. 360, and Tirmidhi 1/254 no. 138, and he said, hasan sahih, and Ibn Majah 1/206 no. 629, and Humaydi 1/152 no. 320, and Darimi 1/256 no. 1018, all of them in the chapter on purification.
