Its isnad is sahih. Abu Hamza is Muhammad bin Maymun Sukkari, and he is trustworthy. Ibn Mubarak and Nasai and others confirmed his reliability. Ibn Mubarak was asked about the leading scholars whom people should follow, and he mentioned Abu Bakr and Umar, until he reached Abu Hamza, and Abu Hamza was still alive at the time. Dawuri said, "He did not sell sugar. He was only called Sukkari because of the sweetness of his speech." Bukhari gave his biography in al-Kabir, 234/1/1.Yazid Nahwi is Yazid bin Abu Saeed Marwazi, and he is trustworthy. Abu Zura, Ibn Main, Abu Dawud, and Nasai all confirmed his reliability. Abu Muslim killed him in the year 131 for commanding him to do what is right. Nahwi is a designation referring to Banu Nahw, a clan of Azd. Bukhari gave his biography in al-Kabir, 339/2/4.Abu Dawud narrated this hadith, 4:313, through the route of Ali bin Hasan from Abu Hamza. Both he and Munziri passed over it in silence. This is the same isnad that will come at 2624. Only the section on the blood money for fingers was narrated from it through the route of Husayn Muallim from Yazid Nahwi.Tirmidhi also narrated the section on the blood money for fingers through the route of Husayn bin Waqid from Yazid Nahwi, and he said, "It is a hasan gharib hadith."
