Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Take on of religious works what you can sustain, for Allah does not tire until you tire."The most beloved prayer to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the one performed consistently, even if it was little, and whenever he established a particular prayer, he would maintain it regularly.

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال خذوا من العمل ما تطيقون فإن الله عز وجل لا يمل حتى تملوا وكان أحب الصلاة إلى رسول الله ﷺ ما داوم عليها وإن قلت وكان إذا صلى صلاة داوم عليها
