Ayesha reported,

By Allah, a whole month would pass over the family of Muhammad during which we did not bake any bread.I asked, "Umm Muiminin, then what did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ eat?"She replied, "We had neighbors from the Ansar, may Allah reward them well. They had some milk, and they used to send some of it as a gift to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."

حدثنا روح قال حدثنا هشام عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه

عن عائشة قالت

والله لقد كان يأتي على آل محمد شهر ما نختبز فيه قال فقلت يا أم المؤمنين فما كان يأكل رسول الله ﷺ فقالت كان لنا جيران من الأنصار جزاهم الله خيرا كان لهم شيء من لبن يهدون منه إلى رسول الله ﷺ
