The Prophet ﷺ said, "There are five creatures that a person in the state of ihram may kill, the snake, the mouse, the speckled crow, the kite, and the dog."Ibn Jafar said, "They may be killed both within the sacred precinct and outside it."

عن النبي ﷺ قال خمس يقتلهن المحرم الحية والفأرة والغراب الأبقع والحدأة والكلب قال ابن جعفر يقتلن في الحل والحرم
