Yahya and Ibn Jafar reported to us, saying that Shuba reported to them, that Qatada reported to them. Ibn Jafar said, "I heard Qatada narrate from Saeed bin Musayab, from Ayesha, that the Prophet ﷺ said, 'There are five creatures that a person in a state of ihram may kill, the snake, the mouse, the piebald crow, the kite, and the rabid dog.'"Ibn Jafar added, "They may be killed both outside the sacred precincts and within them."
