Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ loved to start with the right side in all his affairs, in combing his hair, in his purification, and in putting on his sandals.Shuba said, "I asked him about it again later, and he said, 'The Prophet ﷺ loved,' or 'preferred to start with the right side as much as he could.'"
