The Prophet ﷺ used to say in his supplication, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and from the evil of what I have not done."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا شريك عن أبي إسحاق عن فروة بن نوفل
أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول في دعائه اللهم إني أعوذ بك من شر ما عملت ومن شر ما لم أعمل
