The Messenger of Allah ﷺ held the wedding feast for one of his wives with two mudds of barley.
حدثنا أبو أحمد حدثنا سفيان عن منصور ابن صفية عن أمه
أولم رسول الله ﷺ على بعض نسائه بمدين من شعير
Its isnad is sahih. Mansur bin Safiya is Ibn Abdul-Rahman Abdari, thiqah, and his hadith appears in Sahihayn. His mother, Safiya bint Shayba, is thiqah, and her hadith appears with the group. The hadith was narrated by Bukhari, 9/238, no. 5172 (Fath), in the book of marriage, and by Humaydi, 1/115, no. 236.
