Its isnad is sahih. Abbad bin Abbad bin Habib Muhallabi is thiqa, and his hadith is found in the collections of the Jamaa, just like Muhammad bin Amr bin Alqama. Yahya bin Abdul-Rahman is the son of Hatib bin Abu Balta, and he is thiqa among the Tabiin, with his hadith found in Muslim. The hadith will come at 24177.
