حدثنا أبو معاوية حدثنا ابن جريج ويحيى المعنى عن ابن جريج قال سمعت ابن أبي مليكة عن ذكوان أبي عمرو مولى عائشة
قال رسول الله ﷺ استأمروا النساء في أبضاعهن قال قيل فإن البكر تستحيي أن تكلم قال سكوتها إذنها
Its isnad is sahih. Zakwan Abu Amr, the freed slave of Ayesha, is trustworthy, and his hadith is in the Sahihayn. The hadith was narrated by Bukhari 9/191 no. 5136 (Fath), Muslim 2/1036 no. 1419, Abu Dawud 2/231 no. 2092, and Tirmidhi 3/406 no. 1107, who said, hasan sahih, all of them in the chapter on marriage.
