The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood among us and delivered a speech in which he left out nothing that would occur before the Hour without mentioning it. Those who remembered it remembered it, and those who forgot it forgot it.Hudhayfah said, "I now see things happening that I had forgotten, and I recognize them just as a man recognizes the face of someone who had been absent, then sees him and recognizes him."Waki once said, "Then he sees him and recognizes him."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن الأعمش عن أبي وائل
قام فينا رسول الله ﷺ مقاما فما ترك شيئا يكون بين يدي الساعة إلا ذكره في مقامه ذلك حفظه من حفظه ونسيه من نسيه قال حذيفة فإني لأرى أشياء قد كنت نسيتها فأعرفها كما يعرف الرجل وجه الرجل قد كان غائبا عنه يراه فيعرفه وقال وكيع مرة فرآه فعرفه
