A man captured a woman, or took her as a captive, and she struggled with him over the hilt of his sword, so he killed her. The Prophet ﷺ passed by her body and was informed about what had happened, and he then forbade the killing of women and children.
حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد قال عبد الله بن أحمد وسمعته أنا منه حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن حجاج عن الحكم عن مقسم
أن رجلا أخذ امرأة أو سباها فنازعته قائم سيفه فقتلها فمر عليها النبي ﷺ فأخبر بأمرها فنهى عن قتل النساء والصبيان
