The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever kills a man from the people under covenant will not catch the scent of Paradise," or "will not find the fragrance of Paradise." Mansur was the one uncertain of the wording. "Its fragrance can be detected from a distance of seventy years' travel."

عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال من قتل رجلا من أهل الذمة لم يرح رائحة الجنة أو لم يجد ريح الجنة منصور الشاك إن ريحها توجد من قدر سبعين عاما
