The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "In the human body there are three hundred and sixty joints, and a person must give charity for each joint every day."They asked, "Who can manage that, Messenger of Allah?"He replied, "A bit of phlegm you see in the mosque and bury, or something harmful you remove from the path. If you cannot do that, then the two units of the forenoon prayer will suffice you."

قال رسول الله ﷺ في الإنسان ثلاث مائة وستون مفصلا فعليه أن يتصدق عن كل مفصل في كل يوم بصدقة قالوا ومن يطيق ذلك يا رسول الله قال النخاعة تراها في المسجد فتدفنها أو الشيء تنحيه عن الطريق فإن لم تقدر فركعتا الضحى تجزئك
