The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up after the first two units of the noon or afternoon prayer without sitting. When he finished his prayer, he performed two prostrations before giving the closing salutation.
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا سفيان عن يحيى بن سعيد عن عبد الرحمن الأعرج
قام رسول الله ﷺ في الركعتين الأوليين من الظهر أو العصر فلم يجلس فلما فرغ من صلاته قال سجد سجدتين قبل أن يسلم
