Ubada bin Samit reported,

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "There is no man who suffers a wound on his body and then gives it as charity except that Allah forgives him in proportion to what he gave as charity."

حدثنا سريج بن النعمان حدثنا هشيم عن المغيرة عن الشعبي أن

عبادة بن الصامت قال

سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول ما من رجل يجرح في جسده جراحة فيتصدق بها إلا كفر الله عنه مثل ما تصدق به
