I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever accuses a slave-woman of fornication when he has not seen her commit it, Allah will lash him on the Day of Resurrection with a whip of fire."

Its isnad is daif due to the unidentified status of al-Himsi and Abu Talib, as stated in Tajil. I did not find anyone who wrote a biography of them or specified their names. It is corroborated by the hadith, "Whoever testifies against a Muslim with a testimony..." number 10565.
