Commenting on the verse "Say, He is the One with power" [Anam 6:65], he said, "These are four, and all of them are punishment, and all of them will surely come to pass. Two of them occurred twenty-five years after the death of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when the people were split into factions and made to taste the violence of one another. Two remain that will inevitably come, being swallowed up by the earth, and being pelted with stones."In his version of the report he said, "being swallowed up by the earth, and being struck with stones."
