The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us and said, "Indeed, nothing of a man's wealth is lawful for his brother except with his willing consent."I asked, "Messenger of Allah, what do you think if I come across my cousin's sheep, may I slaughter one of them?"He replied, "Even if you find a ewe carrying a knife and flint stones at Khabt al-Jamish, do not disturb it."Zirr explained that Khabt al-Jamish is a land between Mecca and al-Jar where there is no human company.
حدثني محمد بن عباد المكي حدثنا حاتم بن إسماعيل عن عبد الملك بن حسن الجاري عن عمارة بن حارثة
خطبنا رسول الله ﷺ فقال ألا ولا يحل لامرئ من مال أخيه شيء إلا بطيب نفس منه فقلت يا رسول الله أرأيت إن لقيت غنم ابن عمي أجتزر منها شاة فقال إن لقيتها نعجة تحمل شفرة وأزنادا بخبت الجميش فلا تهجها قال يعني خبت الجميش أرضا بين مكة والجار ليس بها أنيس
