The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had sent Nuqada al-Asadi to a man to ask him for the loan of one of his she-camels, but the man refused. So he sent him to another man instead, who sent him a she-camel. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw Nuqada bringing it, leading it along, he said, "O Allah, bless her and bless the one who sent her."Nuqada said, "Messenger of Allah, and the one who brought her?"He said, "And the one who brought her."Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave instructions for her, and she was milked and gave abundant milk. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "O Allah, increase the wealth and children of so-and-so," meaning the first man who refused, "and O Allah, make so-and-so's provision come a day at a time," meaning the owner of the she-camel who had sent her.
حدثنا يونس وعفان قالا ثنا غسان بن برزين حدثنا سيار بن سلامة الرياحي عن البراء السليطي
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان بعث نقادة الأسدي إلى رجل يستمنحه ناقة له وأن الرجل رده فأرسل به إلى رجل آخر سواه فبعث إليه بناقة فلما أبصر بها رسول الله ﷺ قد جاء بها نقادة يقودها قال اللهم بارك فيها وفيمن أرسل بها قال نقادة يا رسول الله وفيمن جاء بها قال وفيمن جاء بها فأمر بها رسول الله ﷺ فحلبت فدرت فقال رسول الله ﷺ اللهم أكثر مال فلان وولده يعني المانع الأول اللهم اجعل رزق فلان يوما بيوم يعني صاحب الناقة الذي أرسل بها
