Abu Nadra reported,

A man from among the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ fell ill, and his fellow companions came to visit him. He began to weep.They asked him, "What makes you weep, Abdullah? Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ not tell you, 'Trim your moustache and keep doing so until you meet me'?"He replied, "Yes, but I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Allah took a handful with His right hand and said, "These are for this, and I do not care," and another handful with His other hand and said, "These are for this, and I do not care." So I do not know which of the two handfuls I am in.'"

عن أبي نضرة قال

مرض رجل من أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ فدخل عليه أصحابه يعودونه فبكى فقيل له ما يبكيك يا عبد الله ألم يقل لك رسول الله ﷺ خذ من شاربك ثم اقرره حتى تلقاني قال بلى ولكني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إن الله تبارك وتعالى قبض قبضة بيمينه فقال هذه لهذه ولا أبال وقبضة أخرى يعني بيده الأخرى فقال هذه لهذه ولا أبال فلا أدري في أي القبضتين أنا
