Malik bin Huwayrith reported,

The Prophet ﷺ used to raise his hands to his ears when he began the prayer, when he bowed, and when he lifted his head from bowing.

حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن شعبة حدثنا قتادة عن نصر بن عاصم

عن مالك بن الحويرث وكان من أصحاب النبي ﷺ قال

كان النبي ﷺ يرفع يديه إذا دخل في الصلاة وإذا ركع وإذا رفع رأسه من الركوع إلى أذنيه
