The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to review the Quran with Jibreel every Ramadan. On the morning following the night in which he made his review, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was more generous than the unleashed wind, never being asked for anything without giving it. In the month before his death, he reviewed it with him twice.
Its isnad is sahih. Tirmidhi related it in Shamail through Ibrahim bin Saad, from Zuhri. Its commentator Ali Qari said, 2:208-213, "Bukhari and Muslim also related it from him, but with some difference in wording." See 2494, 2616, 3001, 3012, 3102, 3422.
