The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There will come a time of trial in which the one lying down will be better than the one sitting, the one sitting will be better than the one standing, the one standing will be better than the one walking, and the one walking will be better than the one running."A man asked, "Messenger of Allah, what do you command me to do?"He replied, "Whoever has camels, let him join his camels. Whoever has sheep, let him join his sheep. Whoever has land, let him join his land. And whoever has none of these, let him take his sword, strike its blade against a Sakhr, and then save himself if he can, then save himself if he can."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا عثمان الشحام قال حدثني
قال رسول الله ﷺ إنها ستكون فتنة المضطجع فيها خير من الجالس والجالس خير من القائم والقائم فيها خير من الماشي والماشي خير من الساعي قال فقال رجل يا رسول الله فما تأمرني قال من كانت له إبل فليلحق بإبله ومن كانت له غنم فليلحق بغنمه ومن كانت له أرض فليلحق بأرضه ومن لم يكن له شيء فليعمد إلى سيفه فليضرب بحده صخرة ثم لينج إن استطاع النجاة ثم لينج إن استطاع النجاة
