A man reported that his brother had died leaving behind three hundred dirhams and a family of dependents, so he intended to spend the money on the family.The Prophet ﷺ said, "Your brother is being held back because of his debt, so settle it for him."The man said, "Messenger of Allah, I have paid off everything he owed except for two dinars claimed by a woman who has no proof."The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Give them to her, for she is telling the truth."
