Imran bin Husayn reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was on one of his journeys, and his companions had become spread out along the road, when he raised his voice with these two verses, "People, be mindful of your Lord. The earthquake of the Hour is a tremendous thing. On the Day you see it, every nursing mother will forget" [Hajj 22:1–2], until he reached the end of the two verses. When his companions heard this, they urged their mounts forward, knowing that he was about to say something. Once they had gathered closely around him, he asked, "Do you know what Day that is?"Then he said, "That is the Day when Adam will be called, and his Lord will call out to him and say, 'Adam, send forth the delegation destined for the Fire.'Adam will ask, 'My Lord, what is the delegation of the Fire?'Allah will say, 'Out of every thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine to the Fire, and one to the Garden.'"At this his companions fell into such despair that not one of them showed a tooth in a smile. Seeing that, he said, "Work and be glad, for by the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, you are alongside two creations that have never been with anything without outnumbering it, Yajuj and Majuj, and those who have perished of the children of Adam and the children of Iblis."Their distress was then lifted from them, and he said, "Work and be glad, for by the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, among mankind you are no more than a mole on the side of a camel, or the mark on the foreleg of a beast."The narrator said, the people were relieved of their distress. And he said, "without outnumbering it."
