A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked, "Which form of jihad is best?"He replied, "A word of truth spoken before a tyrannical ruler."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن علقمة
جاء رجل إلى النبي ﷺ فقال أي الجهاد أفضل قال كلمة حق عند إمام جائر
Its isnad is sahih. It is [narrated] by Nasai 7/161, no. 4209, Ibn Majah 2/1330, no. 4012, and Hakim 3/626, and Dhahabi remained silent [about it].
