We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for the funeral of a man from the Ansar. He then mentioned the same meaning, except that he said, "A man with handsome features and fine clothing appears before him." Regarding the disbeliever, he said, "A man with an ugly face and shabby clothing appears before him."
حدثنا معاوية بن عمرو حدثنا زائدة حدثنا سليمان الأعمش حدثنا المنهال بن عمرو حدثنا زاذان قال
خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ في جنازة رجل من الأنصار فذكر معناه إلا أنه قال وتمثل له رجل حسن الثياب حسن الوجه وقال في الكافر وتمثل له رجل قبيح الوجه قبيح الثياب
