The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah and His angels send blessings upon the front row. The one who calls to prayer is forgiven to the full reach of his voice, and everything that hears him, moist or dry, bears witness to the truth of his words, and he receives a reward equal to that of everyone who prays with him."
قال أبو عبد الرحمن و حدثني عبيد الله القواريري قال حدثنا معاذ بن هشام فذكر مثله بإسناده
Its isnad is sahih. Abu Ishaq the Kufan is Subayi, and whoever thinks he is Abdullah bin Maysara is mistaken, for that man belongs to a later generation after the successors, and Qatada does not narrate from him.The hadith was narrated by Nasai, 2/90, no. 811, in the chapter on leadership in prayer, how the imam stands between the rows.
