The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah and His angels send blessings upon the front row, and the muezzin is forgiven to the extent of his voice's reach. Everything that hears him, moist or dry, bears witness for him, and he receives a reward equal to that of everyone who prays with him."
Its isnad is sahih. Abu Ishaq the Kufan is Subayi, and whoever thinks he is Abdullah bin Maysara is mistaken, for that man belongs to a later generation after the successors, and Qatada does not narrate from him.The hadith was narrated by Nasai, 2/90, no. 811, in the chapter on leadership in prayer, how the imam stands between the rows.
