The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up to deliver a sermon and said, "People, false testimony has been equated with associating partners with Allah," repeating it three times. Then he recited, "So avoid the filth of idols and avoid false speech" [Hajj 22:30].
حدثنا مروان بن معاوية الفزاري أنبأنا سفيان بن زياد عن فاتك بن فضالة
قام رسول الله ﷺ خطيبا فقال يا أيها الناس عدلت شهادة الزور إشراكا بالله ثلاثا ثم قرأ {فاجتنبوا الرجس من الأوثان واجتنبوا قول الزور}
Its isnad is daif, due to the unknown status of Fatik bin Fadala. As for Sufyan bin Ziyad Asfari, Abu Warqa Ahmari, he is reliable, and his hadith appears in Bukhari.The hadith was narrated by Abu Dawud, 3/305, no. 3599, in the Book of Judgments, on false testimony, and by Tirmidhi, 4/547, no. 2299, in the Book of Testimonies, similarly, where he said, "gharib," and by Ibn Majah in the Book of Rulings, 1/794, no. 2372, from Khuraym bin Fatik.
