Uqba bin Amir reported,
The Prophet ﷺ said about a man called Dhul-Bijadayn that he was awwah, meaning frequently humble and devout. This was because he often remembered Allah 
through the Quran and raised his voice in supplication.

Its isnad is hasan. Tabarani narrated the hadith in Al-Kabir 17/295, and Tabari in his Tafsir 11/36. Hakim graded it sahih 1/368, and Dhahabi kept silent, while Haythami graded it hasan 9/369.
