Uqba bin Amir reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah 
says, 'Son of Adam, devote yourself to four units of prayer for Me at the start of the day, and I will suffice you for the rest of it.'"

Its chain of transmission is sahih, and Naeem bin Hammar is a companion, also said to be Ibn Khammar, or Habbar, or Haddar. Tirmidhi related the hadith, 2/340, no. 475, in the Book of Prayer, chapter on what has been said about the Duha prayer, and he said, hasan gharib. Munziri mentioned it in Targheeb, 1/464, attributing it to Ahmad, and said, its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
