He reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "Ibn Abis, shall I tell you of the best thing by which those seeking refuge can seek refuge?"I said, "Yes."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Recite, 'I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind' and 'I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak'. These two surahs."
حدثنا حسن بن موسى حدثنا شيبان عن يحيى عن محمد بن إبراهيم أن أبا عبد الله أخبره أن
أخبره أن رسول الله ﷺ قال له يا ابن عابس ألا أخبرك بأفضل ما تعوذ به المتعوذون قال قلت بلى فقال رسول الله ﷺ قل أعوذ برب الناس وأعوذ برب الفلق هاتين السورتين
