The Prophet ﷺ said, "After me there will be rulers who delay the prayers beyond their proper times. So pray each prayer at its appointed time, and treat the prayer you offer with them as a voluntary one."
حدثنا الحكم بن نافع حدثنا ابن عياش عن راشد بن داود عن أبي أسماء الرحبي
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال سيكون من بعدي أئمة يميتون الصلاة عن مواقيتها فصلوا الصلاة لوقتها واجعلوا صلاتكم معهم سبحة
Its isnad is hasan, as we have detailed, and the hadith was mentioned earlier at 3/15633. Haythami said in 1/324-325 that it contains Rashid bin Dawud, whom Daraqutni deemed daif, while Ibn Main, Duhaym, and Ibn Hibban deemed him reliable.
