Amr bin Abasa reported,

I asked, "Messenger of Allah, who is with you in this affair?"He replied, "A free man and a slave," and with him at that time were Abu Bakr and Bilal.Then he said to him, "Return to your people until Allah grants His Messenger establishment."Amr bin Abasa used to say, "I saw myself as the fourth person in Islam."

حدثنا يزيد بن هارون أخبرنا حماد بن سلمة عن يعلى بن عطاء عن يزيد بن طلق عن عبد الرحمن بن البيلماني

عن عمرو بن عبسة السلمي قال

قلت يا رسول الله من معك على هذا الأمر قال حر وعبد ومعه أبو بكر وبلال ثم قال له ارجع إلى قومك حتى يمكن الله عز وجل لرسوله قال وكان عمرو بن عبسة يقول لقد رأيتني وإني لربع الإسلام
