We used to pray Maghrib with the Prophet ﷺ and then return to the market, and if any of us shot an arrow he could still see where it landed. Uthman said, "He shot an arrow and could see where it fell."
حدثنا حجاج وعثمان بن عمر قالا حدثنا ابن أبي ذئب عن صالح قال عثمان مولى التوأمة
كنا نصلي مع النبي ﷺ المغرب وننصرف إلى السوق ولو رمى أحدنا بالنبل قال عثمان رمى بنبل لأبصر مواقعها
Its isnad is sahih, its narrators are trustworthy and well-known, despite what is said about Salih the freed slave of Tawama, because Ibn Abu Dhib narrated from him before he became confused. The hadith has already appeared in similar wording at 15375.
