I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day must not exchange gold for gold except in equal weight, and must not have intercourse with a previously married woman taken as a captive until she has had a menstrual period."
حدثنا يعقوب قال حدثنا أبي عن ابن إسحاق حدثني عبيد الله بن أبي جعفر المصري قال حدثني من سمع حنشا الصنعاني يقول سمعت
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يبتاعن ذهبا بذهب إلا وزنا بوزن ولا ينكح ثيبا من السبي حتى تحيض
Its chain of transmission is daif, containing an unnamed narrator, since Abdullah bin Jafar did not specify who told him from Hanash. The hadith is sahih, its first part being supported by what has already passed in 11418, and its second part by 16929.
