We were with Ruwayfi bin Thabit on the expedition of Jarba. He divided the spoils among us and said to us, "Whoever takes a captive woman from this share must not have intercourse with her until she has had a menstrual period, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'It is not lawful for a man to water with his seed the child of another.'"
حدثنا حسن بن موسى قال حدثنا ابن لهيعة عن الحارث بن يزيد قال حدثني
كنا مع رويفع بن ثابت غزوة جربة فقسمها علينا وقال لنا رويفع من أصاب من هذا السبي فلا يطؤها حتى تحيض فإني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا يحل لرجل أن يسقي ماءه ولد غيره
