The Prophet ﷺ, when distributing gifts to the children of Abdul-Muttalib, said, "Children of Abd Manaf, if any of this affair comes into your hands, let me not learn that you have prevented anyone from praying at this House at whatever hour they wish, by night or by day."Ibn Bakr's version says, "from circumambulating this House."
قال حدثنا عبد الرزاق وابن بكر قالا حدثنا ابن جريج قال أخبرني أبو الزبير أنه سمع عبد الله بن باباه يخبر
عن النبي ﷺ حين عطاء هدايا بني عبد المطلب يا بني عبد مناف إن كان إليكم من الأمر شيء فلأعرفن ما منعتم أحدا يصلي عند هذا البيت أي ساعة شاء من ليل أو نهار وقال ابن بكر أن يطوف بهذا البيت
