Jubayr bin Mutim reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah descends each night to the lowest heaven and says, 'Is there anyone asking, that I may give him? Is there anyone seeking forgiveness, that I may forgive him?' until dawn breaks."

قال حدثنا أسود بن عامر قال حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن عمرو بن دينار

عن نافع بن جبير عن أبيه

عن النبي ﷺ قال ينزل الله عز وجل في كل ليلة إلى السماء الدنيا فيقول هل من سائل فأعطيه هل من مستغفر فأغفر له حتى يطلع الفجر
