He said to Abdul-Rahman, Talha, Zubayr, and Saad, "I adjure you by Allah, by whom the heavens and the earth stand," and in another version, "by whose permission the heavens and the earth stand, do you not know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'We are not inherited from. Whatever we leave is charity'?"They replied, "By Allah, yes."

لعبد الرحمن وطلحة والزبير وسعد نشدتكم بالله الذي تقوم به السماء والأرض وقال مرة الذي بإذنه تقوم السماء والأرض أعلمتم أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إنا لا نورث ما تركنا صدقة قالوا اللهم نعم
